Alongside our major wine growing regions in France, the wine menu also offers plenty of discoveries. It is a responsible menu that offers wines from organic vineyards or vines that are grown using the principles of biodynamics. You will also find the first wines produced or vinified in the area around Paris.

Where do the products used in the kitchen come from?
The products used in cooking are sourced in the Paris region, in short supply chains, in order to favor local specialties and minimize the environmental footprint. Chef Thierry Marx selects seasonal products from sustainable fishing and agriculture, some of which come from the producers of the Eiffel Tower’s Guild of Craftsmen. -
What is the Eiffel Tower Craftsmen’s Guild?
La Guilde des Artisans de la tour Eiffel is a label created in the Île-de-France region to promote local craftsmanship. Twice a year, it selects the best products from small producers in the Paris region, which are then integrated into the menus of Madame Brasserie and offered to visitors of the monument. -
