Maître d'hôtel (M/W)


Main tasks

• Be the daily guarantor of the operational promise of the Jules Verne restaurant, in the areas of service and product quality
• Ensure the link between his head of department and the entire team of his department,
by communicating values and team spirit to employees, and leading by example
• Be responsible for respecting values to ensure a climate of trust and good understanding within the teams
• Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the training of new entrants
• Participate in maintaining discipline in the service, with the Head of Service
• Supervise, listen, motivate and support their team through local management
• Ensure compliance with procedures and service standards in place
• Ensure the follow-up of the side-jobs assigned to him

Profile

• You have experience in a similar function within a starred establishment
• You have an excellent presentation
• You speak English fluently

Main tasks

• Manage and lead the team working in your rank
• Work closely with sommeliers
• Prepare the room
• Develop a good customer relationship
• Coordinate the storage and clearing of your row
• Participate in the closing of the restaurant
• Transmit your know-how to room clerks and apprentices

Chef de partie Kitchen (M/W)


Main tasks

• Manage service
• Organize the maintenance of the kitchen station and ancillary premises
• Enforce health and safety rules
• Manage inventory
• Organize your workstation and your game (starter, fish, meat)

Profile

• You have a training in hospitality and catering
• Your dynamism, friendliness, seriousness, motivation
• Team spirit and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the position for which you are applying, ideally in high-end catering
• You are exemplary in your way of being and doing, you have customer satisfaction at heart

Reservation agent (M/W)


Main tasks

• Make room plans and reservation sheets
• Prepare job descriptions, checklists, menus, 
as well as the documents necessary for the kitchen or other services to prepare or provide the services
• Process e-mail correspondence relating to reservations
• Answer phone calls
• Process certain reservation requests directly in the reservation software

Profile

• You come from an initial training BTS NRC or BTS Tourism VPT
• You have a successful experience in a reservation or sales service by telephone
• You have a very good level of English, a 3rd language appreciated (Spanish, Italian, Brazilian, Chinese or Japanese)
• You are proficient in Outlook IT tools, Pack Office.


Commis Chef (M/W)


Main tasks 

• Make preliminary preparations and simple dishes
• Participate in service
• Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen station and ancillary premises
• Apply health and safety rules

Profile

• You are coming from a kitchen training
• Your dynamism, friendliness, team spirit and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets
• You have completed your apprenticeship or benefit from an experience of 6 months to 1 year in a gastronomic establishment
• You are exemplary in your way of being and doing, you have customer satisfaction at heart
• You have a real passion for gastronomy and your job.

• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in high-end catering
• You are fluent in English
• You have a real passion for your profession, gastronomy and wine in particular.


Commis sommelier (M/W)


Main tasks

• Ensure the service of your rank under the responsibility of a sommelier
• Realize the setting up of the sommelier part within the restaurant

Profile

• You have a training in Hospitality and Catering completed with a Complementary Mention or a Professional Sommelier Certificate
