Head Waiter (M/W)
Main tasks
• Manage and lead the team working in your rank
• Work closely with sommeliers
• Prepare the room
• Develop a good customer relationship
• Coordinate the storage and clearing of your row
• Participate in the closing of the restaurant
• Transmit your know-how to room clerks and apprentices
Profile
• You have a training in hospitality and catering
• Your dynamism, friendliness, seriousness, motivation
• Team spirit and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the position for which you are applying, ideally in high-end catering
• You are exemplary in your way of being and doing, you have customer satisfaction at heart
• You are fluent in English
• You have a real passion for gastronomy and your profession.
Room clerks (M/W)
Main tasks
• Assist the head waiters in their operational tasks
• Participate in setting up the dining area, organizing service stations,
and arranging service equipment
• Act as the primary link between the kitchen and the dining area
• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service
Profile
• You have training in hospitality and catering; your dynamism, friendliness,
seriousness, motivation, team spirit, and strong customer sensitivity are your assets.
• You have 6 months to 1 year of experience in this position, ideally in high-end dining.
Beginners accepted if you have training in hospitality and catering.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of a third language is desirable.
• You have a genuine passion for gastronomy and your profession.
Commis Chef (M/W)
Main tasks
• Make preliminary preparations and simple dishes
• Participate in service
• Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen station and ancillary premises
• Apply health and safety rules
Profile
• You are coming from a kitchen training
• Your dynamism, friendliness, team spirit and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets
• You have completed your apprenticeship or benefit from an experience of 6 months to 1 year in a gastronomic establishment
• You are exemplary in your way of being and doing, you have customer satisfaction at heart
• You have a real passion for gastronomy and your job.
Sommelier (M/W)
You will evolve within the team of Benjamin Roffet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommellerie with 9 sommeliers.
Profile
• You have a training in Hospitality and Catering completed with a Complementary Mention or a Professional Sommelier Certificate
• Your dynamism, friendliness, motivation, team spirit and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in high-end catering
• You are fluent in English
• You have a real passion for your profession, gastronomy and wine in particular.
Commis sommelier (M/W)
Main tasks
• Ensure the service of your rank under the responsibility of a sommelier
• Realize the setting up of the sommelier part within the restaurant
