WHAT IS THE EIFFEL TOWER ARTISANS GUILD?
It's a network of selected artisan caterers from Paris and the Ile-de-France region who have remarkable expertise and have made a commitment to an eco-responsible and sustainable approach.
This network covers a variety of product categories: baked goods, sweet goods, savoury goods, drinks and plant-based products.
We've made a conscious choice to form a bond between our region's artisans and the Eiffel Tower by creating a real quality label meant to promote these craftspeople.

SELECTION PROCESS
An initial selection will be made based on applications after checks that application forms comply with regulations.
The final selection will then be made by a multidisciplinary panel of judges chaired by Thierry Marx and comprised of professionals, institutions and press bodies.
