Commis Chef (M/W)


Main tasks 

• Carry out preliminary preparations and meals and participate in services
• Implement culinary manufacturing techniques and rules
• Ensure receipt and storage of raw materials, storage, maintenance of refrigerators and their inventories.
• Apply health and safety rules (working methods, hygiene of staff, equipment and premises, control dishes)

Profile


Coming from a culinary training, your dynamism, friendliness, seriousness, motivation, team spirit and strong customer sensitivity are your assets.
You have completed your apprenticeship or have an experience of 6 months to 1 year in a restaurant kitchen.

Main tasks 

• Carry out the instructions relating to the opening/closing of the establishment
• Ensure permanent control and monitoring of the dining room
• Supervise, train and motivate the entire team

• Ensure the proper functioning of services by providing quality services through effective control of teams.

• Participate in decision-making regarding the operation of the service and ensure its implementation.
• Set up and control the application of all directives concerning the manufacture of dishes, their quality and their presentation.
• Participate in ordering merchandise and ensure its proper use.
• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.

Cashier Ticket clerk (M/W)


Main tasks

• Warmly welcome customers at the ticket office or at the entrance to the restaurant
• Edit access tickets, distribute them according to reservations
• Promote the various services available from the establishment
• Manage receipts and control the amounts of services invoiced
• Ensure good communication between the ticket office and the reception of the restaurant

Profile 
 
You are qualified and experienced in hospitality and service. You demonstrate a very good team spirit with an excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills. • Ensure the proper functioning of restaurant and lounge activities
